Our client is situated in the growing Redcliffe area is currently seeking two Duty Managers to join their team. As the successful candidate you will be a suitably experienced, hands-on, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to manage the daily operations of this hotel. This hotel consists of a large public bars, restaurants, gaming facilities and function areas.
The positions available offer an excellent remuneration package and flexible working conditions for the right candidate. As part of the duties of the role, you will be required to be available for opening and closing times of the bar and will be scheduled on a rotating roster.
These roles will be responsible for - Supervision of shift operations
- Assist in achieving financial targets
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations
- Providing high level customer service
- Maintain property presentation
- Stock control management
The successful candidates will possess: - Proven experience in similar roles
- Strong leadership skills with a can-do attitude
- High level customer service skills
- RSA, RMLV and Gaming Nominee Accreditation
- Working knowledge of TAB, Keno and Poker machines
