With a keen interest in organisational culture, Kelly heads up the Availio team. With over 10 years of Human Resources experience, Kelly has worked with numerous businesses to develop and implement customised strategies and solutions to improve efficiency and success in the workplace. Her background has also included roles in recruiting, developing performance management programs and applying mediation processes between employees and employers.

On a daily basis, Kelly tailors workforce strategies that complement our client’s business, people, culture and future direction.

Chanelle Stewart

Chanelle finished within the top 15% of her Bachelor of Business degree in which she majored in Human Resource Management and Business Management. She has continued her studies and has successfully completed a RCSA Certificate in Recruitment and Selection. Chanelle’s background in Human Resource Management along with her passion for the industry makes her a valuable asset to the Availio team. 

In her role as Human Resource Advisor, Chanelle works closely with clients to ensure optimum business results are achieved by using dynamic solutions.
